To visit partner zoos, please email members@hertfordshirezoo.com to request an official verification letter. Bring this letter, your Hertfordshire Zoo membership card/cards, and a valid photo ID when visiting the partner zoo.
No advance booking is required for members. Simply present your letter from Hertfordshire Zoo, as well as your membership card and photo ID upon arrival at the zoo.
Yes, each visit to a partner zoo requires a separate verification letter. Request a new one via email before each visit. To do this please email members@hertfordshirezoo.com.
Membership benefits apply exclusively to the named membership holder. Additional guests will need to purchase their own tickets for the partner zoo, on their website.
Your specific Hertfordshire Zoo membership benefits, such as discounts in our restaurants or gift shops, do not apply to partner zoos.
Benefits from partner zoos are not applicable at Hertfordshire Zoo. Each zoo offers independent membership benefits.
Membership cards are strictly non-transferable and must only be used by the named membership holder.
No, your membership includes one visit per partner zoo per membership year. While you can visit multiple different partner zoos within the same year, each zoo can only be visited once annually per member. If you’re a standing order member, this applies every calendar year.
