We’re pleased to announce that our new Tumble Jungle booking system will launch on Monday 19th May. This update is designed to improve your overall experience and ensure a safer environment for both staff and visitors.
Please note these are the updates being made to Tumble Jungle:
– Tumble Jungle will remain free of charge for all members and visitors.
– Play sessions will be available in 45 minute time slots, with a 15 minute gap in between for our team to clean and reset the space.
– Advance booking will guarantee your spot, especially during weekends and school holidays.
– Walk-ins are welcome if space is available on the day but please note, this will be subject to availability and we highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Visit our official website: Navigate to www.hertfordshirezoo.com.
Access the booking portal: You can either select ‘book tickets’ or go to the ‘attractions’ section, choose ‘Tumble Jungle’, and then click ‘book Tumble Jungle slot’.
Locate the Tumble Jungle booking: Scroll down the page to the ‘Tumble Jungle’ section and click ‘select’.
Choose your visit date: Click on the calendar to select the intended date of your visit.
Review the guidelines: Please take a moment to read the Tumble Jungle rules and regulations.
Select your preferred time and number of visitors: Indicate your desired time slot and the quantity of attendees.
Account login (if required): If you are not currently logged into your Hertfordshire Zoo account, you will be prompted to do so.
Booking confirmation and access: Upon successful login, your booking will be confirmed. You will have the option to add your tickets to your digital wallet (Google/Apple), and a confirmation email containing your QR code/booking numbers will be sent. These credentials will be required for entry to Tumble Jungle.
Please note: a valid membership or day ticket is required.
