We have recently upgraded our membership system and now you can get yours online! Follow these easy steps and enjoy unlimited entry to Hertfordshire Zoo for a whole year!
1. Visit the Hertfordshire Zoo Website
Go to www.hertfordshirezoo.com
2. Select Memberships
Click on the “Memberships” option at the top right of the page.
3. Start Your Membership
Select “Start your Membership” to begin the process.
4. Fill in the Required Information
Choose the date you’d like your membership to start.
Decide how you’d like to receive your membership (e-card or posted) and complete any required details.
5. Add to Cart and Continue
Once you’ve filled in all the necessary details, add your membership to the cart and proceed with booking.
6. Sign Up or Log In
If you’re not already registered, click “Sign Up Here” and fill in the relevant information. If you are registered, simply log in.
7. Complete Registration
After registering, you’ll be transferred to the payment screen.
8. Payment and Confirmation
Complete the payment process. You will receive two emails:
The first email confirms your booking.
The second email contains instructions to activate your membership.
9. Activate Your Membership
To activate your membership, you’ll need to provide some details, including:
Facial photos (no sunglasses, no hats, no filters)
Names and dates of birth
Any other required documents
10. Receive Your Membership Cards
Once your membership is activated, your membership cards will be sent to you via your chosen method.
