On Saturday 23rd August 2025, Lynn will join the Thames 200 Ultra challenge, paddling 125 miles along the iconic River Thames from Lechlade in the Cotswolds all the way to Teddington Lock in London.
This incredible feat will take her and her teammates through the night, navigating 44 locks, passing historic landmarks including Windsor Castle and the royal towpaths, and swapping between two teams of paddlers to keep moving without stopping. Those not in the kayak will be driving ahead to meet the crew at each lock — making this a true test of stamina, teamwork, and determination.

The course covers 125 miles of waterway and requires paddlers to carry their craft around 44 locks along the route — a punishing mix of paddling and portaging that tests both mental and physical resilience.
