Once inside the enclosure of one of these cute creatures, with a specially prepared bowl of food, you will have the opportunity to feed our red panda by hand. Our keeper will tell you about the characteristics of Ash, our red panda, along with information about the species and the conservation work being done to protect them.

Each experience includes admission to the zoo, so you can spend the whole day to explore all of our facilities we have to offer around your experience if you wish.
You can bring guests who pay normal admission prices online in advance but cannot participate in the experience.

Yes, our Meet the Red Pandas package includes a ticket to our zoo so once you're done with your experience you can enjoy & explore the rest of our animals. Enjoy the best red panda experience in the UK and then spend the rest of your days with the rest of our amazing animals!
Our Meet the Red Pandas package is perfect for children and a great way to create a memory they won't forget. The minimum age for this experience is 8, however Children under the age of 10 years will need to be accompanied with a participating Adult. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
