As of the 3rd of January 2022, we will be closed for five weeks till the 12th of February for us to carry out some necessary ground and construction work throughout the site. Even though this has not been an easy decision for Paradise, we wish to provide the safest and best possible experience for all guests.
However, there is still much to enjoy whilst we are closed. Across our social channels, we will be keeping you up to date with all the new additions and changes to the park, we will also be sharing daily content of our animals and showing you what they get up to when no one is around. We are also bringing back our Zoo LIVEs! Join us each Friday at 1 pm for a LIVE with one of our animals on-site and learn some interesting facts along the way.
This five-week closure will allow us to continue to improve and create beautiful habitats for our animals as well as, for all our guests to enjoy. We have some exciting changes happening across our World of Dinosaurs and World of Animals and we can’t wait to show you. Although not all of the work will be completed prior to our re-opening date, these additional projects will certainly provide things to look forward to later in the season.
Paradise looks to have the highest standards for all areas of our Park, throughout the year and with January being one of our quietest months, we have chosen this time to close to minimise the impact we have on all our guests. Our dedication to our animals and guests is our main priority and we hope that through this time we are closed we will be able to build on the foundations of the Park: education, conservation, research and wildlife.
We are excited to begin this adventure and bring you all along the way. We would like to thank all our members, supporters and visitors for their continuous support as we continue to make Paradise Wildlife Park a place of conservation and education of animals and somewhere all guests can make memories that last a lifetime.

For our members to compensate for the time we are closed we will be extending memberships for six weeks – this will ensure you will have the time back to enjoy all Paradise has to offer. Members who pay by standing order payment will receive a gift card with their reimbursement which can be utilised until 31st December 2022. Please note, this extension does not extend to the under 2 memberships.
